Nice cinema, way too little personnel. What a pity - theater is nice, but speed of service way below one would expect for the price.

This cinema complex is integrated into the large shopping mall at the Ruhrpark just outside Bochum. There was plenty of free parking. We found the cinema complex easily after a pleasant stroll through the shopping mall.

We found the cinema complex easily after a pleasant stroll through the shopping mall. Picking up our tickets was easy and we were pleased to see a range of places to grab something to snack and drink on the first floor of the main building.
The IMAX theatre, one of 14 screens, is not huge but the experience - the sound and picture quality is fantastic - notably in 3D. The film was a long one but, fortunately, the seats were really comfortable and I didn't have any problems at all.
My only slight gripe was that I found that it got quite hot and stuff there but, of course, we were visiting in the height of an unusually hot German summer.

My only slight gripe was that I found that it got Flash Point Stream hot and stuff there but, Bochum Uci course, we Sendepause visiting in the height of Bret Harrison unusually hot German summer. This cinema complex is integrated into the large shopping mall at the Ruhrpark just outside Bochum. Seats are numbered and online reservation is possible. Traveller rating. This one is at one end of the Ruhr Park shopping mall. It is a bit outside the city but has good public transit connection to the city. There are also free parking slots near the theater.
There are 14 theaters in the multiplex and they are all modern. Seats are numbered and online reservation is possible.
The snacks available at the theater has quite a good selection and are reasonably priced; for theater snacks. On weekends, especially with new releases, it can get quite busy.
So, you should plan to arrive early. Yes No Unsure. Is this a must-do if you are travelling with a big group greater than 5?
